How do I make a reservation?

Once you’ve decided on a property you can reserve it yourself online at www.stayredamo.com on our secure website or contact us by either email or phone to secure your unit. After you have booked you will receive an E-Contract requiring your E-Signature.

What type of deposit is required?

We require a 50% rental down payment by credit card on all reservations. The credit card must match the reservation name on file. Travel insurance is available and strongly recommended, but it is not mandatory. This down payment amount is applied toward your final rental balance which is due fourteen days prior to occupancy.

What does the Travel Insurance cover?

Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. Additional terms and conditions apply; please read your Description of Coverage/Policy carefully and contact Generali Global Assistance at 866-999-4018 with coverage questions. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am.

Can we check-in early?

All early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to no other reservations in the property at the time of arrival/departure. It is the GUEST’s responsibility to contact Redamo within 72 hours of arrival to check availability.

Where do I get my keys?

In order to protect from the spread of COVID, all Redamo units utilize a key-less check-in/checkout system. Prior to your check-in, you will receive an email with your door access code.

How can I get directions to our property?

You will receive the full property address when you receive your check-in email instructions.

What should I bring with me?

Each property includes fresh linens, simple toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning supplies. You can expect all the essential supplies you’ll need to prepare meals – dishes, silverware, utensils, pots & pans. Gadgets and gear include: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water glasses, coffee cups, etc.

Are there any properties that allow smoking?

All of our homes are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors. There are designated outside areas at each property where smoking is permitted.

What is the pet policy?

We love your furry friends but the majority of our rental homes are not pet-friendly. However, should you rent one that allows a pet, a non-refundable $250 pet fee is required. An additional pet is $100.

Is telephone or internet service provided?

We have professional-grade high-speed WIFI set up in all our Redamo rentals. You should be able to log in automatically upon arrival.

What if we have an after-hours emergency?

What happens if we accidentally break something?

As a part of your stay, a Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan has been strategically designed to cover unintentional damages that may occur during your stay. Since this policy is purchased with your reservation you may find full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage listed in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy.
